Swedish message incorporates five styles of long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation, soothe join and muscular pain, and increase circulation. Our therapist will also incorporate a variety of modalities based upon your needs and preferences.

Deep Tissue Massage

$85 for 75 minutes
$100 for 90 minutes

This style of bodywork combines focused slow strokes and deep finger pressure to relieve chronic patterns of tension in the muscles and connective tissue. Highly recommended for those experiencing severe or chronic discomfort.

Bodywork Packages

$200 for three 75 min. bodywork sessions
$325 for five 75 min. bodywork sessions
$240 for three 75 min. deep tissue sessions
$375 for five 75 min. deep tissue sessions

Receiving regular bodywork from a trained and skilled professional plays an important role in maintaining wellness, both in body and spirit! We hope to make regular bodywork affordable and accessible by offering these three- and five-session packages at a reduced price.

Reflexology

$15 for 15 minutes
$30 for 30 minutes
$60 for 60 minutes

Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands utilizing specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. It is based on the idea that a system of zones and reflex areas on the hands and feet reflect an image of the whole body, with the goal of affecting a physical change in the body. Reflexology sessions may be booked as an addition to your massage session or separately.

Aromatherapy

$5 per session

Aromatherapy is the application of essential oils derived from beneficial flowers and herbs to the body, either through inhalation or direct contact with the skin. We hand blend all of our aromatherapy oils using the highest quality ingredients, and available oils change month to month to meet our bodies' changing needs. Custom oils are also available with advance notice at additional cost. Please increase the benefits of your massage by welcoming this valuable practice into your session!

Tea Pairings

Our location at The Random Tea Room allows for the ancient practice of drinking tea to seal in the benefits of a massage and aromatherapy session. We are happy to assist in pairing a house-blended herbal brew with any of our services.
